Builders and Roofers Still make the Exclusive List

Builders and Roofers are in high demand, with their skills and expertise placing them securely on the Exclusive Immigration Salary List. This list opens up the opportunity for the construction industry to employ building trades from outside the UK and Ireland at a much more competitive rate of £25,800 per annum opposed to £30,960. This is the same for Roofers and Carpenters.

Be wary though that any recruit must be able to satisfy the English Language requirements if they are not from an English speaking nation, usually by passing a UKVI accredited English Language test.
