Are you aware of the New Entrant Threshold in the UK? If not, let me explain. It is the minimum requirements that a new participant must meet to enter a particular market or industry. These requirements are set by regulatory bodies to ensure fair competition and protect the UK's workforce and economy.

Exciting news! The government has announced that it will continue to offer the new entrant discount to individuals aged 26 and under. This discount is specifically designed to help employers recruit migrant workers on the Skilled Worker route. Employers can avail of a 30% discount on the occupation-specific threshold and a 20% discount on the general salary threshold. However, they must pay the higher of the two thresholds.

Here's the best part - the increased salary thresholds make the new entrant discount more attractive for employers. It's a win-win situation for both employers and employees.
