Their analysis delved into the retention rates of these individuals in the STEMM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, and Medicine) fields, their income levels, and their likelihood of venturing into entrepreneurship. Furthermore, they drew comparisons between foreign-born and UK-born PhDs, as well as between PhD holders and individuals with lower educational qualifications.
