Our Guidance on Super priority service
Super Priority service – decision in one working day
The Super Priority service aims to make a decision on your application in one working day from the date of the biometric appointment. The service itself costs £800; this is in addition to the application and biometric enrolment fee.
Once you have booked the service, you must choose a date to attend a free-of-charge appointment. If a free-of-charge appointment is not available, it is possible to pay to book one at short notice, which costs upwards of £100.
On the topic of Super Priority service, UKVI state:
“For added value appointments at our commercial partner attended on a Saturday or Sunday, the appointment will be deemed as attended on the next working day. In most cases this will be a Monday but where there is a bank holiday it will be Tuesday. For example, a Saturday 11:30 appointment (30-minute appointment) will be deemed as attended on Monday at 11:30 and the decision completed and despatched within 24 hours.”
In our experience, applications processed at a premium service centre were usually decided within 24 hours.
As part of the service we will book an appointment at the UKVI Public Enquiry Office in Croydon where our PEO Manager will meet and escort you through the biometric enrolment process, after which you are free to leave whilst he manages the remainder of the application process as your representative.
