Our Guidance on Working Visas
The UK’s immigration system is rather restrictive and complex, and you will need a UK working visa or work permit to work in the UK if your country of origin is outside of the EEA. With many types of work permits available in the UK understanding which application will suit you can be daunting. For an increased chance of securing your UK work permit our expert team at UK Visas will ensure you have all the appropriate documents and guide you through the entire application process.
We manage UK visa applications under the points-based system on a weekly basis, so you can be confident you will receive correct advice and have your application prepared quickly and efficiently.
We Provide assistance with the following:
There are a number of subclasses in Tier 1 that are for ‘high-value migrants’ which covers entry of investors, entrepreneurs and the ‘exceptionally talented’.
There are two Tier 2 categories, which enable UK based organisations that have a sponsor licence to sponsor migrant workers. Both Tier 2 visas allow skilled workers to enter the UK on a long term basis to fill a skilled job vacancy.
A Tier 2 General visa is for new workers, be they here or from outside the UK. Before a Tier 2 Visa application can be submitted, the applicant must have a job offer and a Tier 2 Certificate of Sponsorship from a UK employer with a valid Tier 2 sponsor licence. How much you pay for a Tier 2 (General) visa will depend on your particular circumstance, where you are travelling from and how you apply. A guide to Tier 2 visa UK fees can be found here on our website or contact us and we can advise.
All Tier 2 applicants must score at least 70 points on the points-based system.
This category enables workers to come to the UK for temporary work with a licensed sponsor, and people aged 21-30 from certain participating countries to come and experience life in the UK and to work whilst here.
