Changes to the Life in the UK test

Aug 14, 2024

Individuals who are applying for settlement or to naturalise as British citizens in the UK must pass a Life in the UK test ahead of submitting their application.

Currently administered by PSI Services (UK) Limited, the test will transition to Reed in Partnership. As of August 2024, applicants will be redirected to the Reed in Partnership website for test bookings. Life in the UK: book your Life in the UK test (lituktestbooking.co.uk)

Rest assured, the test itself will remain consistent, with no alterations to the Life in the UK handbook or the Government website. This seamless transition to a new provider aims to enhance the testing experience for all applicants.
