About us

UK Visas is a leading visa and immigration adviser, specialising in the provision of services for businesses, education providers and individuals. Our team of in-house experts has an outstanding track record in assisting UK organisations with the complex process of sponsoring employees and students from outside the UK and Ireland. We are also regularly appointed to manage UK visa applications for overseas nationals who plan to visit or stay in the United Kingdom.
As a highly qualified and experienced immigration firm we are fully regulated by the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC). Our friendly team can manage all aspects of the visa process in an efficient and timely manner so that you can enjoy complete peace-of-mind.

Jamie established UK Visas in 2008, following a successful 30 year tenure leading his B2B marketing agency. He holds accreditation as a level 1 OISC adviser.

Garima Arora

Operations Director, Senior Immigration Caseworker (Level 2 IAAS)
Garima, a seasoned legal professional, became part of the UK Visas team in 2018 and brings with her vast expertise in all areas of immigration law. She qualified as a solicitor in 2017 and holds IAAS Level Senior Caseworker status

Isabelle, a University of Brighton graduate, with expertise in Law and Criminology. She won the Thomson Reuters Law award for human rights research and is pursuing Level 1 OISC accreditation in immigration law.

Carla Silvi

Immigration Caseworker, OISC Level 1 Adviser
Carla, a Masters graduate in International Law from the University of Sussex, offers expertise in human rights, migration, and global injustices from her impactful work at Voices in Exile. She holds Level 1 OISC accreditation.

Jenmint Chin

Legal Assistant
Jenmint holds a Bachelor of Law from Nottingham Trent University and is working towards his Level 1 OISC accreditation, demonstrating his commitment to justice and passion for the law.

Peter Dowling
