The dates for upcoming immigration changes have been confirmed. Please take note of the following dates:

11 March 2024: Dependents of care workers and senior care workers will no longer have the right to come to the UK.

4 April 2024: The Skilled Worker Minimum salary threshold will increase to £38,700 per annum.

14 March 2024: New immigration rules regarding changes to the Shortage Occupation List/Salary Discount List will be introduced. These changes will presumably be effective on 4 April 2024 when the Skilled Worker salary levels change.

The 20% discount will be removed, and any occupations recommended by the Migration Advisory Committee will be temporarily added to the new Immigration Salary List.

Any businesses or individuals that wish to prepare for these changes will need to act quickly. 🏃‍♂️
